This Artisan flour blend is produced by mixing brown rice flour, tapioca starch, white rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, sorghum flour, and arrowroot starch. This blend makes baking easy. Bake any favorite recipe without the gluten by using this blend. This product should be cooked before consuming.
Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Guar Gum.
Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soy, and tree nut product. Every precaution is taken to prevent cross contamination.
Directions: Use for baking breads and more. For yeast breads, use 1 tsp. dry yeast per cup of Artisan Flour. Additional water may be needed.
Note: This product should be baked to 170 degrees before consuming.
