A blend of dried eggs, milk, and oil for use in making scrambled eggs, omelets, and french toast. A nice product for adding eggs to your emergency food storage.
Should be stored in cool dark place at 60 degrees F or less for storage.
Ingredients: Dried whole egg, non-fat milk, vegetable oil (corn and or soybean oil), and salt.
Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products. This should not be used in raw or uncooked food recipes such as egg nog, salad dressing or ice cream.
Directions: To reconstitute, add water gradually while blending smooth with wire whips or fork. For each egg, add 2 tbsp. of egg powder with 2 1/2 tbsp. water. To scramble, cook over low heat stirring constantly. For baking, blend with dry ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe.
